What usually gets in the way?
Why does the shortcut open without selected text?
Some apps do not expose their selection. Lemvia opens manual input so the shortcut still leads somewhere useful.
Why does Screen Recording ask again?
macOS ties permission to the installed app identity. Keep one copy in Applications, then reopen it after granting access.
Why did OCR miss small text?
Frame the text more tightly, avoid translucent overlays, and use Accurate mode with the expected language hint.
Can I translate without Lemvia Cloud?
Yes. Free and Lifetime Pro can use a compatible API key you control. Local history remains on your Mac.
How do I restore my license?
Open Settings → License → Recover License, then use the email from checkout.
What happens after a refund?
The related entitlement is withdrawn after the payment provider confirms the refund. Local Free features remain available.
